So I had been laying back on my blog as I was really having terrible days at work. It takes a long time to either recover from a bad flu or bad period from work - and when nothing seems to spike too much interest, some good food can do no harm!
Finally got a time to visit Elephant Grounds at Causeway Bay near Fashion Walk on a rainy Saturday. At 6pm the place is half way full, its a good place for casual dinners. As a fan of quinoa salads, this is a definite must have. If they could add more quinoa that would be much better. Looks good, right?
This is too new for me, fish with taco........I could have 2 but its dinner with friends so please share haha!
The chicken don is so so, not too surprising.
My friend had salted caramel for coffee and I picked the healthy choice of bulletproof coffee, the name is not as wat the name suggests, it is with butter and coconut oil. It is new, funy texture but all good to keep me warm.
Besides the hot coffee and healthy food, I have to say the atmosphere is not bad. But they surely need to improve on their service. Waitresses cannot explain the coffee menu, they do not know the menu. Not much service when you sit down on the table. No water. No one to mop the rain water on the entrance. The service only show up when we are finished and the waitress was so eager to take away our coffee cups..........
