Letter to De Beers!
July 20, 2015

If you all know me, you would have known I do a letter to brands once in a while. It is pretty overwhelming on this story to tell.
It had been a tired week with work, I decided to enjoy myself for a good body massage on a saturday hot morning. I was in glasses, tshirt, leggings and flats. Not entirely friendly for luxury shopping but I still went into De Beers after checking a few shops sales with my mom.
I do keep myself up to date with luxury jewellery once in a while. A bling does makes people happier and I am glad I went. Not that I am intending for a wedding ring or anything but just by shopping around it does add to your level of happiness......somehow.
Yes I know it is magical!

My mom and I walked into the Times Square store with an intention to browse for latest styles etc. We are fortunate to meet with brand ambassador, Ms Kitman Tong who overwelmed me in everyway. Among the store design and collections, we circled the show desk and obviously admired all the beautiful pieces. It is not only until we saw the "Caress" collection where we were introduced more about the De Beers brand.

Kitman had shown great patience in walking though about the specification of the diamond and the style design, and most importantly is how DeBeers thoughtfulness in adhering light effects to the diamond in matching with the ring design - which I thought wow it is brilliant. Not to mention the brand do ultimately use the craftsmanship to bring out the brilliant shine in every stone. De Beers does admire that each stone is different in quality and colour - just like humans, and there art helped to bring out the shine to each and every of them.
I see rainbow.
It is unexpected that you can gain so much from a random visit in weekend clothes which I really admire Kitman's expertise in her area as well in her sales skills. She really know a lot of the brand as well as in diamonds.
It inspired us to consult her on coloured stones, yellow, pink, blue and red...............it does make me realise I need to work much more harder in order to own them. After a tough work week, I was very much dreaded on a saturday morning but Kitman made me realise there are just much more beautiful things outside.......I am awake again.......and this is why I decided to blog this letter to De Beers.
I do understand there are a lot of negative voices in bloody diamonds etc but from an admiration standpoint, I do like De Beers diamonds and will be a fan especially after this visit.
At least both my mom and I had a good time there. It would certainly generate the next purchase or revenue in someway. I luv Kitman and I do urge anyone looking for an engagement ring or a bling bling to find her at Times Square, I am very much impressed.

Also I would like to say thank you to Kitman on the such good service, bravo!
