With all the rave about Antipodes on my blog, I had finally had this chance to meet with the team last Friday 22 May 2015 at Fuel Coffee located at IFC, Central! It was the best time to meet with HK bloggers alongside with the best coffee in town!
So what did this bunch of ladies find among the businessmen around us? Of course we received a great and fullest welcome from Antipodes, the team had layered the coffee tables with goodies for us to try and mingle.
For any Antipodes fans, you can have a guess what is inside this gift wrapped. Hint: latest serum?
As much as we know the brand is organic, its entire business practice are also very "organic" in a sense they've used vegetable dyes alongside with environmental packaging. You will find the motifs on their packaging are very unique and does transcends throughout their product lines! They also prefer to use glass bottles so the maintain the qualities of their products during our daily use.
Antipodes body range is something entirely new to me. It does produce some "wow" factor when we were trying out the products - why? They smell so divine! Another new facts I gained, the brand did opt to utlise fragrance and they are all the way from France - I guess we all now understand why it smells so GOOD!
So to speak, we did had a full table of Antipodes products! All from the good natured New Zealand, including the bottle of sparkling water hiding behind.
Organic lipstick range, is definitely our favourites of the day! It is surprising for an organic brand like Antipodes can produce such vibrant colours plus they have beautiful names!
They look good enough to eat! I do recommend you try their lipstick range! Left in red orange and right in High Pink!
Powders, powders and powders. Towards the end of the session, we did given a chance to try and test their powder range. They are extremely fine milled, all the way from Australia (my home!). The lid does offer a mirror for courtesy. The cutest thing I never knew is, they do also produce this soft kabuki brush for your to use your powder! Kindest and warmest heart!
This is a light yellow tone mineral foundation powder (02) with SPF. It is slightly shimmery.
Top two are shading powder and below left is the foundation powder paired with translucent powder on the right. The brand did a great job in covering all ladies need!
One of the shading powder alongside a forest of lipsticks and an emptied cuppa from Fuel! You will also see a snapped of the Savour Skin Balm which is like a multiuse salve for any mozzie bites, scratches and wounds!
It was a wonderful afternoon with great people, great laughs, great coffee and a handfull of Antipodes! I would be sharing insights on Antipodes latest serum, The Worship, next week so do keep a look out!
Thank you Antipodes again for having me and this is what I took home!
