It has been a long time since my last update and it is probably time to review how I am going so far along with my third tub of coconut oil! I know a lot of you are very curious as to its effects in the long run and I am letting you know I am definitely keeping it up as a healthy habit of mine.

It is often a headache for me to get replacement on coconut oil for some reasons.  If you recall, after my last sharing on Jax Coco's coconut water, I thought I might as well tried their coconut oil as well.  I had even asked my mom's opinion on this new tub of coconut oil and we both agreed this is more refined than any of the previous ones we've tried.  By the looks, for summer, it is all turned into oil liquid - 100% not a single clump of whitish residual was found - compare to our last tub.  With change of seasons between winter to summer, you will notice your bottle of oil will transformed from solid to liquid.  For Jax Coco, we find it goes into oil form within a day.  For others, we find it probably takes a few days even with some residual to be found.

To a certain extent, Jax Coco, does show some extra refined qualities to a point there is less of the aroma of coconut left behind in the oil.  If you are haters for the coconut smell, you may wish to try this brand for oil pulling as you will be less deterred by the smell of it.

For a bit of background on the methodologies in how Jax Coco make their coconut oil, they use coconuts of 11month old and its proven organic.  For all the other brands I have tried, they hardly disclose all this in details so for the sake of transparency in the make process, I do give extra marks for Jax Coco given I do care what I take and what my family takes in the long term.

To go back to my health,  I did recently taken medical checks and there are no biggy to a point my cholesterol levels are back to norm (it was previously below bar) so.........not exactly sure what has helped but I do wish to keep myself in shape, in form and age slower............don't we all share the same wishes!

Do check out www.jaxcoco.com for more details.  They are also available at HKD220 for 400mL at Sogo in Hong Kong!
