So funny as is, I got this urge to get more Antipodes after I left Sydney, not that I had finish trying out what I got from my last trip, is just I cannot wait to get these well loved goodies off the net. I have seriously heard lots of good reviews and really had to get these beauties to calm my face. I think theres aren't much brand where I do not see "chemicals" which I dislike and as natural as Antipodes, I am therefore a serious follower and as well as believer in their natural ideology.
Hosanna H20 Intensive Skin-Plumping Serum
With sensitive and dry skin, this is exactly what I needed. It's ingredients consisted of lavender, grapes, manuka and water and much more. As long as its natural, I would trust it on my skin. I used it mostly in the morning just after toner and before moisturiser. It does help to reduce oil shine during the day and keep my skin plumped through out! I love the thin light texture where it feel light to put on the face especially when you like to put foundation. I hope I could stick with this during both winter and summer. One best thing I find with this is, it also acts as a make up rescue! How? I often get flaked skin after a made up face, where the foundation and setting powder caked my face - I used a bit of Hosanna on the flaked/cracked skin and within a few seconds the skin will absorb and the flake will disappear - good tip?
Aura Manuka Honey Mask
This is always on my wishlist and with summer coming in for Hong Kong, I thought its about time to get this for my oily skin. Overall, reviews online was really good and which inspired me to gave it a try. As the name suggest, you will find a very nourished cream type of mask. The scent was awesome!!! I would have to say I may be very much addicted to the fine scent and you also feel safe as its just manuka and avocado oil.....good enough to eat!!!
When there are enough free time, I like to use this in the morning before make up so to make sure my skin is good enough for make up for the day......where it would not over produce too much oil through out the day.
I feel very nourished and much in aura sense, as its name suggests! With its creamy texture, sometimes I would just wipe off the mask when done and proceed the rest of the facial process without cleansing with water. So its kinda good where I can save a bit of water and time.
