I have to say I am very overwhelmed by the temple architecture, their level of details are exquisite! Here are a few snapshots from my beloved camera!
These are all captured at the Grand Palace - The Temple of the Emerald Budha. It was an absolute sunny day with hats and umbrellas, and a lot of sunscreen! Please remember to wear long pants and a shirt with sleeve in order to get through the gates, otherwise guests will need to cover their legs or rejected entry. We were very lucky to be reminded by our hotel personel so we could change before hopping onto the taxi that day.
You may see the level of details, the use of absolutely grand materials on the sites with various different monuments.
In terms of food, we had managed to had some sharkfin and abalone with rice the same day! It was awesome and not as expensive as in Hong Kong!
And a little dessert at Penninsula doesn't hurt at all, right! I do very much admired their restroom though!
In terms of shopping, we had mostly gathered on food which is almost all consumed within the first week of coming home - mangoes, paw paw, seaweed snacks. I had managed to get myself these two beauty products with the hope to try it asap.
The below is a KunYin Pearl Cream which I got near the cashier at Big C, it is less than HKD10 dollars so I thought I would give it a try.
Next I got myself this Pond's Magic Powder which was highly recommended by my friend, it is like a loose powder with UV capabilities. As you can see it is somehow pink for some marketing reasons. I did so far tried to use it once and no conclusion as yet. I had got myself 2 of these little bottles it is around 25 THB.
This should end my little summary on Thailand! Feel free to email me any questions.
