I hope you all had a good break over Chistmas and looking for the one happening at the end of year too! All happening too fast to catch. Over holidays season I am sure most would be spending time with you loved ones so I think it is about time for me to share my Thailand experience with you. I had been to Thailand for 3 times already but mostly staying at Phuket and Hua Hin the last few times. This time I am just in Bangkok for a few days.
This is the first spa we tried after landing on day one, it is an absolute divine experience and I would definitely return in the next weekend getaway! The staff are great and speak fluent English. This is located only 2 stations away from Siam, the city centre, so it is pretty easy to find. I would recommend taxi getting there.
I tried the Drainage Detox Massage for 100 mins at around 2350 THB which is way cheaper then any spa experience in Hong Kong. I absolutely feel drained instantly plus less a plum face too! The staff does off a few massaging oil for you to choose from and it is optional to shower beforehand so the massage oil are left on your skin over night. The flow goes with a quick foot bath then oil massage, I recall I picked lime and lemon and my mom picked olive for its moisturising factors. When finished we were treated with herbal tea and the best served fruits!
2. Divana Spa
7 Sukhumvit 25, Bangkok, Thailand
I had tried Divana last time in town and I am coming back for more. It is the same drama, last time I was here on the day one with super tired shoulders after flight. It seems the atmosphere are always different between night and day. With first impression, it really serves much better than second visit for some reasons I cannot explain.
We tried the Spa for Massage Lover for 180 mins at 3750 THB and it is a extraodinary long hrs for us which it overrun and we were had to had tea instead of lunch.............OOPS! We got foot bath, body scrubbed, showered, body oil massage and some fruits & tea.
Beside the herbal tea we got banana as well after treatment which tastes great!
As you can tell I luv spa and this two are well loved by Japanese too! I do recommend you to try these if you ever in Bangkok, Thailand!
I had to break up Thailand coverage in different parts, so foodie is next and that should end the 4 day trip report!
